The Infrastructure was good many Terminals you could transfer to any of the terminals. And work from there relocating is a breeze with Academy Bus. A lot of New Equipment to drive. Well maintained vehicles for the most part. Once you let them know what’s wrong with the Bus ahead of time. They are very good at resolving breakdowns.

You not really going to have a good work and home time balance. Once they realize you are good at your job. They will keep you very busy, sometimes that’s not always good for everyone. For that fact, To each his own.

Easy interview and selection process-they be hungry for staff

Poor training program, with trainers running errands all day for their own personal business, on Academy's time, mind you...totally neglecting to effectively train the "new hires" while simultaneously giving poor reviews on a "pre-trip." Sir, you ran dem Baltimore streets ALL day, let me get paid for it, and didn't teach me 1 thing about Coach Bus operations. THANK YOU...but no thanks. It was the worse new-hire experience I have ever had. I would NOT recommend them. FALSE PAY ADVERTISED IS OFFENSIVE!! No one needs $15.75/hr "in training." thats laughable.
