Pros
ESOP is the ONLY thing keeping most employees here. Benefits aren't bad but could be better.
Cons
We run non-stop and almost always get off late. There are just to many extra duties that are expected to be completed before you go home. Management will NEVER stick up for the employees when there is a conflict with nurses etc. All the comments I've read about Acadian on this site are true whether it's in Texas or Louisiana. It's funny how a Louisiana employee has the same story as a Texas employee. Must be the truth huh. I am not an unhappy employee, just tired of being treated like we are. Wish our CEO knew how we felt. Maybe he does, who knows.
