Pros
outstanding company, family oriented, competitive pay, employee stock options, the best equipment, nice units but you have to take care it to keep it nice, if you abuse it then its on you for having a ugly unit.
Cons
some supervisors need to relax and not think they are better than the employees below them, lead by example, your employees are a direct reflection of your leadership.
