Pros
The trucks are pretty well-maintained and newer than what most primarily IFT companies have.
Cons
- Ugly uniform - Terrible communication - Typing up reports on an iPad with no keyboard - They do anything they can to get free labor from you (i.e. not paying you for 13 hours of required online training, requiring you to show up 30 minutes before your shift without a way to clock-in early) - They don't give you the forms to get your Dallas Ambulance Driver's Permit when you start your job, so they have you driving around Dallas illegally unless you specifically ask them for the forms (and no, they don't reimburse you for the permit either)
