Pros
Great place to help people. They have a great ESOP program that can out run your 401k which is a great thing to have for the future. Most of the people are great to work with.
Cons
If you don't like the person you work it can cause problems due to the fact that you send more time with that person than you do with your families. The pay is not that great for the work you do. You have the tendency to get off late a lot.
