Deceitful Management. While most are great, some are not above being less than truthful to new hires by saying they are hired to work in 1 area then send them else where as far as 2 to 3 hours away. Will actively gaslight and blame crews for mismanagement. Will pass the buck on poor decisions on other upper management and other leadership. UHU Leadership is so focused on maintaining UHUs and System Status Management they will actively mislead any reported issues into positives despite the issue being problematic
