Leadership is ridiculous, has no clue what so ever and treats employees with utter disrespect. Recently employees were given drones to play with. Two days later CEO announces lack of funds in Town Hall Meeting and begins lay offs. All employees are asked to fill in "Great places to work" survey. Yes, its absolutely a great place to work if all you want from life is two free lunches and a drone to play with.
