Cons
New leadership comes from healthcare industry and cupcake industry - this is the truth. The CRO owned a cupcake shop. Friend of CEO so got a shot at running a serious software company. CRO will be run out soon by chairman and PE firm. Does not understand the industry and when people try to explain the nuances of working with government he insults you and says you are being negative. Also, he brought in all his cronies, gave them huge bonuses, and assigned them to premium territories. It's fact. Just look at the linkedin profiles of new sales hires. Further, all he does is trashes people before him who set the cornerstone for the company for 15+ years. He's been at the company for less than one year. CEO is a total buffoon. Complete. Watch his video announcing the Accela user conference. That will tell you all you need to know. This is not a tech company. HQ is a total joke. CRO and CEO don't even live in Bay Area and are rarely in the office. Government has a long sales cycle. Just wait for another year. This won't get better.
