Egoistic executives with no real understanding of the domain, customers or employees. The company got bought out by a private equity firm and management is waiting to get cash out. Keep pushing out dedicated and loyal employees in the name of better and newer strategy which hasn't seen a light of the day yet. HR and management are keeping the facade to operate as a growing corporate while having a startup level processes and product problems.
