management is clueless and inexperienced, always finger pointing to mistakes, no documentation, Management don't listen to employees, Frequent and unexpected lay-offs, long-hours, Below average salary compare to other bay-area companies, health benefits are OK, with all acquisition, surprisingly employees are being laid-off from HQ, No motivation for team members
