Be very careful in choosing your first project. Cons
Programmers with Accenture are under the "solutions" branch, which essentially means that they can pay you less, charge less for you to meet their budgets, and still get the same work out of you as consultants. Don't expect to be able to do any programming. You will go where the company needs you and will probably be stuck there. Most of the focus is on creating "resources" (aka people) with niche skills and keeping them on a long term project as cheap labor. Promotion and raises are too much dependent on who your career counselor is. If you have an absentee CC expect to never get promoted.
