Pros
People are great, you can drive your own career path, lots of vacation time, lots of opportunities to network and meet new people, interesting work (once you get past the analyst level)
Cons
Vacation time is limited by project downtime (not holiday schedule), last year's compensation package was poor, you must be a self driver (staff yourself, network, push for your promotion), super competitive work environment
