Thank you for this positive review. We certainly do have a fast-paced entrepreneurial company and having grown ~45% per year for the past 7 years, we have had our fair share of growing pains, but I really appreciate your positive attitude about working through those as a team. We will definitely continue to solicit and really listen to the team's feedback. As mentioned in another response, we will be doing our first-ever engagement survey later this year, which will be distributed to each and every team member.
