Pros

Flexible work schedule with home based office. Unlimited vacation time and good insurance benefits.

Cons

Company consistently hires new sales reps painting a picture that OTE is very high. The reality is your earnings amount to much less than what was projected due to limitations within the organization around territory and ability to win sales. Reps that are tenured keep the best territories and are given the best rates to offer new customer. Newer reps are given territories that are small with many “do not touch accounts” that are assigned to others but quotas aren’t aligned accordingly. Essentially you are setup to fail then they scratch their head wondering why you can’t hit their high quota numbers. Upper management really does little analysis on prospects counts. Just assigns territory according to what feels right. Low morale in sales and account Mgmt teams. Layoffs occur every Jan with no notice. Most released are not even on performance plans. Excuse is they have too many reps but then they do the same thing again the following year.

Pros

Terrific place to work! Great work environment and a sensational culture.

Cons

I've been the Ops Manager for going on 6 years now. Whoever wrote the review almost 4 years ago claiming to be the Ops Manager was being deceptive. Upper management regularly visits and genuinely cares about their team.

Pros

Manager fights for benefits for employees After a few months, duties and responsibilities are consistent.

Cons

Unorganized Salary is below average for the speciality work done and environment that work is done. No A/C in facility, so summer months are unbearable after noon.
