Pros

Some (now-ex) employees were wonderful

Cons

During promotion I was told that certain previous job duties would go to someone else and I would start new job duties. Once promotion was accepted, new job duties were added on top of all old job duties. Then they got upset when jobs were behind. *Insurance is horrible with a $4,000 deductible. It is sad when a person in the medical field can get the medical care they need and have to go without. You can get free office visits for a provider within their company, but no help with labs, Imaging, specialists, etc. * No maternity pay, even for a C-Section. You must save up your pto, but can only rollover 80 hours a year. * They have an account employees can pay into with each paycheck that is supposed to be there is any employees needs help. But will not pay out for help with a C-Section maternity leave, and will not allow you to work from home or bring your newborn to work. So you either go without pay, return to work early against the advice of your baby doctor, or you have to quit and find a new job. *If you are on maternity leave, they can call you up and anytime and tell you that you have to work the next day or get fired. * if you have a problem at work, don't bother going to management. They will promise to deal with the issue but never follows through. *APRN may receive a bonus for how many patients they see, but not the LPNs or front desk. Even though it is their responsibility to keep the schedule full.
