As with all organizations, change is never easy, and we are diligently working with our great staff around the globe to ensure 2018 is a solid year for all. We agree that it's while it's a great benefit to work from home, it's also challenging when you are not seeing your teammates on a daily basis. One item to point out on your "Cons" -- AccessData does match 401k contributions!
