Excellent work atmosphere and very friendly managers. Very good company for a fresher and improve his domain knowledge. Help is there for higher studies also. Very good on-site opportunity.

Cons

Work place can improved and canteen facilities needs to be there. Variable pay needs to be paid in full. Extra curricular activities needs to supported more.

Good company for freshers.You will learn a lot. Flexible work times. Great work atmosphere. Diverse set of employees.

Cons

None that I can think of other than a very bureaucratic structure of management. Better Infrastructure and facilities would improve the work culture. Also , an observation that people keep quitting the job once they are in for 3-4 years, as they get better opportunities.
