Pros

Good work life balance. Good technologies. No job/ salary cuts during recession. No bench culture. U will b made to work on some internal projects. Friendly work environment no big politics. Knowledge sharing among team members.

Cons

Not much long term onsite opportunities. Per diem in onsite is far less than industry standard. Systems side work is challenging but for software most of the time its testing projects. More roles and responsibilities are not provided as we grow the career ladder.

The team manager of the project that I was working on was very involved. The employees are very supportive and helpful.

Can keep more KTs for freshers.

Good company for freshers.You will learn a lot. Flexible work times. Great work atmosphere. Diverse set of employees.

Cons

None that I can think of other than a very bureaucratic structure of management. Better Infrastructure and facilities would improve the work culture. Also , an observation that people keep quitting the job once they are in for 3-4 years, as they get better opportunities.
