You get experience in full system life cycle. You will be involved in complete build of unit starting from requirement analysis, planning, design, pcb related functions, software build, delivery and post delivery support.

Cons

Hierarchy is not implemented properly which makes the Engineer to take responsibility in all aspects. This can be good work experience but over the time you might be exhausted. And timelines are not managed which creates bottlenecks when we are near end.

The team manager of the project that I was working on was very involved. The employees are very supportive and helpful.

Good company for freshers.You will learn a lot. Flexible work times. Great work atmosphere. Diverse set of employees.

Cons

None that I can think of other than a very bureaucratic structure of management. Better Infrastructure and facilities would improve the work culture. Also , an observation that people keep quitting the job once they are in for 3-4 years, as they get better opportunities.
