Pros

Good work-life balance within R&D. Great products. Good mission and values. Strong team. Interesting and varied technical challenges. Prior history of strong support for remote workers.

Cons

Long product cycles. Difficulties with business collaboration efforts have led to the cancellation of projects. Currently in a restructuring cycle as of late 2025. Recent focus on the Madison campus makes work from other locations potentially less stable.

Pros

Great product to save lives. Good benefits. People I worked with were talented. Nice Building.

Cons

Upper management are in it for the $$ and do not care about staff. Annual layoffs are standard. If considering employment do not plan to work long-term. The most recent C-Suite staff are mismanaging the company.
