      Great technology Lots of opportunities to learn Can get lots of things done, since you are surrounded by go-getters Great teamwork and enjoyed solving problems with fellow engineers

      Cons

      Management failed to identify talents within the group and help grow the people within the group. Applying fear tactics by some management folks (not all) causes people within that group not be able to raise any opinions or share any ideas freely.

      Continuis opportunities to improve technology, process, and support teams to make ground breaking products. Company is very flexible with remote or office locations and team is passionate about the technology and it's customers

      Nothing that would be unique to any other med-tech company

      Pros

      Great product to save lives. Good benefits. People I worked with were talented. Nice Building.

      Cons

      Upper management are in it for the $$ and do not care about staff. Annual layoffs are standard. If considering employment do not plan to work long-term. The most recent C-Suite staff are mismanaging the company.
