Pros
Really like my co-workers and company ambiance, it's a small family and not the big company that makes you feel like you don't exist. The Tech Support job is a bit challenging and demanding but interesting and it makes you grow fast, job-wise and life-wise.
Cons
Can be stressful sometimes. As a young company, some processes are still in construction, but that's part of the things that makes the job challenging.
