Pros
You can make a real difference in the lives of cancer patients and caretakers around the world, and some of the people are brilliant and wonderful.
Cons
Disengaged, unaware leadership constantly flails from one priority to the next before finishing anything. The lack of focus is distracting to employees and damages the company's story to the market and to investors. It's possible to do great work here, but it almost happens in spite of the bevy of VPs, not because of their leadership. Averaging a layoff every 18 months over a decade isn't great either.
