MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Anonymous employee Accuray Employee Review

We are sorry to hear about your employee experience and wish you well in your future endeavors. As a company, we are focused on driving continuous improvement in our overall operations including leadership and the culture for our global employees. We continue to make refinements for growth and based on our most recent employee engagement survey, the data also shows that collectively our employees are feeling the positive experience. We hold a high standard for Ethics at Accuray and encourage employees if there are concerns to raise these either to management, human resources, or use our anonymous hotline through EthicsPoint. No issues were reported and when they are known, investigation to further address concerns are conducted for effective resolution. A few additional notes for clarity: • Our turnover rate in EIMEA over the past 12 months is nothing but normal. Actually, it is even below industry benchmarking: 8,6% or 17 leavers in total out of 196 employees on average. • The most recent engagement survey (96% participation rate at EIMEA level!) provided the company globally and our region in particular some great improvements compared to the previous survey. Questions on the survey related to Ethics, Manager, and Work-Life balance were all at a favorable level as compared to benchmark. Although we never like to see negative feedback, we will use this as an opportunity to further grow and advance where needed for enhancing our overall culture.
