Business Outlook
Pros
Accuray has good pay, great technology and product. There are some bright spots. Upper management recently realized they were screwing all departments in the product cycle that came after Engineering, and brought in outside help to point out a proper project management process. The CEO and some senior management are behind the push.
Cons
The old guard still holds a lot of sway and is trying to slow meaningful progress. There is a lot of regression back to the old ways when anxiety gets high. There are, frankly, some ignorant bosses that peter-principled their way into Director and VP slots. They can be strangely and comically (if you don't report to them) paranoid, and insecure.
