      Excellent product, a committed team of employees

      Cons

      inefficient functional management that operates with siloed mentalities. Executive team is unwilling to admit mistakes and make changes in business strategies, even in the face of obvious failures.

      Pros

      Great product to save lives. Good benefits. People I worked with were talented. Nice Building.

      Cons

      Upper management are in it for the $$ and do not care about staff. Annual layoffs are standard. If considering employment do not plan to work long-term. The most recent C-Suite staff are mismanaging the company.
