Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow and learn in your career as an engineer. Hands on opportunities as the ME has their fingers in a lot of pies throughout the company. You're given a lot of freedom to do your job as a ME, not micromanaged. On the direct operations side, management is pretty good and are willing to put their money where their mouth is. They care about their employees and it shows in the quality of operations employees.

Cons

Publicly traded company means a bad quarter leads to layoffs pretty swiftly. There is some room for improvement in employee development. You have to know what you want to get out of your career development as an employee.

Pros

Great product to save lives. Good benefits. People I worked with were talented. Nice Building.

Cons

Upper management are in it for the $$ and do not care about staff. Annual layoffs are standard. If considering employment do not plan to work long-term. The most recent C-Suite staff are mismanaging the company.
