Most departments are highly unorganized and ineffective due to all experienced personnel leaving for better jobs. -Poor Management that is out of touch with regular employees. Due to the rotating carousel of employees coming in and out management has given up on trying to build relationships and seems to come to work to collect a check. -Click based intolerant culture. Only one demographic makes up most of the office and if you are different the work environment is an uphill battle.
