Pros
I love the people I work with and I'm always learning something new everyday.
Cons
... where to start...... well it took 3 different Store Managers in 8 months to get me set to full time so I could get benefits, vacation time and all that other stuff I thought I already had and I had been working 40+ hours every week from the day I started and was only put as part-time in the system.... and did they back pay the error of vacation/sick time I would have earned? No they did not. I work closing shifts constantly even though everyone knows I am a single mother and I requested to work morning or mid shift when I was hired. I make minimum wage.... and no minimum wage here isn't $10 it's 7.25 here in oklahoma after taxes, insurance, and the hour cuts the new (yet awesome) store manager has instated, I only bring home around $350 every 2 weeks i'm sorry but that just doesn't cut it! We do not get paid enough for everything we have to deal with and have to learn and know. Our equipment needs updating in fact the whole store does. We are subject to asbestos, no hot water, and so many more heath risk factors...
