Pros

You get very familiar with your regular customers and the site owner/property owners are usually very friendly. You can make some good friends here.

Cons

Hours are not that great. Some customers will make you reevaluate humanity as they can be brutal at times for a parking fee they have to pay. Pay is not that great especially if you are part time. Sometimes the days can be slow and you are left with nothing to do as you wait for people to come and go. You can lose you job easily if you aren't careful with the mystery shoppers. Never let anyone out for free and always account for every ticket.

Pros

Management is great. I love the people I work with. Schedule is flexible. Working independently and outdoors at Padre games, Snapdragon Stadium, Zoo, Arena.

Cons

I wish the pay was better and hours were more consistent.
