Pros
Tips were great and management was smooth at my property. The upper levels were relaxed and trusted us with knowing how to do our jobs (mostly).
Cons
At the end of the day, it is a contract where they try to get properties to use their services for cheap, resulting in low income, and possibly low hours. After the Affordable Care Act, my full time status was dropped to part time and we were only allowed 3 full time employees. It all depends on which property, but the property I was located at went from great to poor in a year.
