We strive to provide a work environment rooted in respect, collaboration, and open communication. It is disheartening to learn that you experienced instances where these values were not upheld. We are currently reviewing the behavior and conduct of our leadership team to ensure all supervisors and managers are held to professional standards. Your remarks regarding inappropriate communication, delays in assistance, and lack of support are deeply concerning and will be addressed internally.
Due to the seasonal and event-based nature of our operations, we frequently onboard and train new team members. This results in ongoing training cycles, which can present challenges in communication and consistency. We recognize this can cause frustration, especially when key updates or procedural changes are not communicated clearly or promptly. We are actively working to improve internal communication and leadership accountability to better support our frontline staff.
We also understand the difficulties of maintaining a cohesive team when there are attendance issues. Unfortunately, when employees do not show up for their scheduled shifts, it significantly impacts team performance and morale. We are continually refining our approach to attendance management and accountability to minimize this impact on dedicated team members.
