Company is growing, thriving and expanding. Bad Actors are recognized as not a good fit and quit or are let go quickly. Yearly raise evaluation are not a given! Just because you work here six months/year does not mean you get a raise every year. I have had two in 4 years. Bonuses twice a year based on Your job performance, not the Team or anyone else. YOU! So you could be getting less an hour than Your neighbor but making more in bonus because you exceed or over exceeded the performance of co-workers around you. The Federal Law does not probibit you discussing your pay or bonuses with anyone however, why risk making yourself or others unhappy by pointing out Your bonus? Most work three days from home 2 days in office. Managment listens and implements changes to improve revenue.
Cons
No, Training Manual on the Guidelines on how the Company wants things done their way. You are verbally told about changes and given less than 5 minutes training to remember. Beware that improvements implemented to help one team does not work for another.
