Pros

Taiwan is good. The job is stable and pay won't be changed too much. Cheap movie ticket for engineer , No too much work over time culture.

Cons

For RD, the job will finally become routine. And there's always not amazing product on Android field.

Decent salary and benefits ( 75k) Hybrid work schedule

Cons

There was huge uncertainty about the department security. Sales acquired the returns department and the abrupt shift in management made it hard to adapt to the new demands and schedule that was placed.
