Pros
Free lunch once a month. Rio 1 and Rio 2 are very amazing to work at, wonderful buildings. Cafe food is delicious.
Cons
Hard to grow if you are not a favorite of management. Clear favoritism of employees. Give employees projects to do extra work in order to grow, but does not provide with proper time to succeed at that project or provide compensation for extra work. Scorecard has information that is out of control for the advocates to reach, EXAMPLE- Client dashboard login, the advocates cannot force the clients to log in, only suggest it, unfair to have on the score card. Incredibly difficult to deal with escalated clients, coaches and supervisors are in limited supply so it is difficult to pass it to a properly trained advocate. Training does not teach you to handle difficult calls, only simple ones. Management is incompetent, same with supervisors. Supervisors only work with you until they feel you are doing good, then they never give you another coaching session to work on your communications. Unpredictable future, you never know what is going to happen. Switched buildings for the largest portion of the company (client services), and then when they grew out of that space in the matter of a week, they made the advocates desk share which resulted in disgusting and uncleanly spaces.
