Pros
Flexible schedule, used to have a good culture when we were in the office, benefits, nice building
Cons
Base is low. Company uses tiers and algorithms to unequally distribute leads. Income has been drastically reduced across the entire sales floor by at least a third in 2020. Quality of leads provided to sales floor has dwindled into practically cold calling. The product we offer requires a person to intentionally fall behind on all their credit cards so we can negotiate an amount to pay it off for less (very hard to sell this product). Since covid 19, management does nothing but ask the sales floor to do more and more yet we are all struggling. Management is still holding us accountable for numbers that were set when business was booming, and since the economical collapse and covid-19, no adjustments were made, layoffs took place, and really good sales people were pushed out. Then they just hire more, and repeat the process. You used to be able to make 100k here, now it's a $45k job with an enormous amount of stress.
