Pros
Reasonably good pay, good benefits, great coworkers and staff. Lovely lunch area with lots of microwaves and fridges! Even ice and water machines!
Cons
Management has been neutered. Even management will admit that they have no power, just a title with a small salary increase. Some sales people make 3 times what management makes. Every email you receive will be CC'd to your manager, director, VP, and a few other clowns you never interact with. My direct manager is an amazing person, working 50+++ hours a week just to ensure the ship is run appropriately. There should be multiple managers, but they chose to hire a wooden puppet (Pinochhio) as a new director. He's there to tell lies and cut incentives on the VP's behalf, because VP is too passive to publicly announce anything negative.
