It is a great work environment with a lot of friendly caring people. The work provides the opportunity to help people change their lives.
Cons
I guess if I have to list cons (there aren't really any major ones that I can think of), then if you don't like talking on the phone or sitting in an air-conditioned office building then this job would not be for you.
