Pros

It's commission based so if you can sell you can make decent money convincing people they need coaching.

Cons

It's a very ambitious and greed driven environment. There's a lot of stress to make money. There's a lot of turnover. In addition, there's a lot of Nepotism. At one point it seemed like the president, Paul Mix, employed his whole family. Josh Christopherson is an executive that used to waterboard his sales reps for not making sales when he was a sales manager and the company was called Prosper. Google it. Leadership seemed deceptive and didn't seem like they ever had a plan, always winging it. Overall they weren't a very genuine company.

Achieve Today Response
9y
We appreciate feedback because we sincerely want to improve our employees experience. However, this review is simply not true. Our sales manager has never waterboarded any of his employees as punishment for underperforming. We value each one of our people and would never do anything like this. We are not sure why Nepotism was mentioned. Only two of Paul’s five children have ever worked for the company. Anyone that has worked with Paul Mix or his two sons knows that Nepotism has never existed in the slightest at Achieve Today. All employees are treated the same. We’re sorry that this individual was unhappy, but wish him/her the very best in their future.
