Pros
Flexible schedule, honesty in company policies and practices, decent employee recognition programs, core offering (personal development coaching) has some serious shortcomings but overall is a solid product.
Cons
The company is very unstable. While there haven't been layoffs for a little while, I endured multiple, multiple rounds of layoffs over the course of several years when we went from about 500 to a current 85 employees. Considering treatment of employees and mismanagement by executive team, it's not hard to see why. There's no opportunity for admin employees to work towards increased pay. Management places unrealistic expectations on me for projects. Management mismanages resources or fails to hire admin employees even when they really need them. In an effort to save money, the company fails to take care of their number one asset. Company culture is very poor. There's not much to the company besides showing up, working hard, and collecting a paycheck.
