The training is invaluable and will teach you principles that you can carry to all areas of your life, forever. If you believe in what you're doing, by changing other people's lives, then you will see great successes. There are opportunities to grow and move up. There are good benefits. The company values each employee and invests a lot to help us be healthy, stay motivated, and have fun. The company is also continuing to grow and implementing methods to increase sales.
Cons
This is not a job for quitters. For those that don't do well with disappointment, or can't stay focused, they may not see the success that they wish to have.
