      You may read about all the amazing student achievement outcomes

      Cons

      the organization doesn't treat its employees well at all. The long term CEO left, the replacement to the CEO left and now there is an interim CEO. Many other people have left as well. The immediate future of the organization as well as the long term sustainability is in question
