They care more about their executives and not about the lesser employees who are actually out there doing the work. They also don't give bonuses, incentives, pay raises or much recognition to the lower employees. They love to talk about their office parties and such that the field employees never get invited too. And it is always about the executives and the upper office employees. Most of them would not even know how to do a reset to work all those new items in they just brought in from a new client.
