      KPIs constantly change feels like goalpost is constantly moved. Makes it difficult to make bonus monthly. No career progression within company. Low salary even when over achieving Working out in the field can be very isolating

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
