Pros
Good benefits package and health initiatives in the Minneapolis office. The company provides decent training.
Cons
There is not a lot of upward mobility at Acosta. The like to say they promote from within but almost always hire externally even when there are good internal candidates. They also don’t pay well, and there is almost no raises. The only way to make more money with them is to leave and come back.
