      mentors- I had strong mentors that made coming to work tolerable

      Cons

      poor leadership, grinds employees down at the field office level, not challenging, ignores high performers, only a small group truly have growth opportunities, and if you're not in the HQ its hard to grow at all.

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
