Absolutely no advancement. No pay increases. Depending on which division you work for, lots of drive time, minimal mileage reimbursement. If you do get benefits offered, you have to maintain a certain number of standard weekly hours or you will lose them. You have to inquire what those standard hours are because they do not volunteer the information. Even if you work 30 plus hours a week consistently, if you standard hours are 8 you will either not qualify for benefits or they will cancel them. Not trying to be bitter, just speaking from personal experience.
