      Surrounded by really nice people. Peers are very supportive.

      Cons

      Don't pay well. Really need to evolve as a company. Not very good leadership support. Leadership at all levels need serious coaching and culture shaping training.

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
