No money, No raises, No advancement opportunity - Senior Accounting Specialist Acosta Employee Review

I've been with the company 5 years with no raise in pay, regardless of exceeding expectations year after year on annual reviews, and maintaining 100% productivity scores month after month. There are multiple associates who have worked here for 10, 15+ years with no pay increases. Acosta let go of 32% of the work force in December 2018. When management was questioned about the potential of merit increases; I was told to get an offer outside the company and see if Acosta would match it (which is not likely). If you don't have a degree, there is no opportunity for advancement.
