      Schedule flexibility Can be good pay if you can log ALL your admin time that not in stores.

      Cons

      Insufficient training Lots of admin time off clock Make you use on your own devices in beginning. Over 30 days to receive their handheld if you actually do.

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
